Meet Jackie
I’m an executive coach, leadership development consultant, content developer, and facilitator with more than 25 years of experience working with nonprofit and and other mission-driven organizations.
Throughout my professional career, my work has focused on coaching, consulting, and leadership development—including the design and delivery of workshops, training programs, and conferences at the local, statewide, and regional levels. Over the past six and a half years, this work has also included developing and teaching graduate-level courses and coaching leaders in higher education.
Earlier in my career, I served as a nonprofit sector executive director. That experience continues to shape how I work, grounding my coaching and consulting in a practical understanding of organizational realities, leadership accountability, and performance pressures leaders face on a daily basis. I also bring a practitioner’s lens to my work that’s further informed by each client engagement I have. This applied experience helps me to address the common—and sometimes uncommon—challenges that can get in the way of a leader’s ability to get things done.
